FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Is ZanoNova safe to use?
Yes. ZanoNova is fully open source — you can audit every line of code on GitHub. Your private keys never leave your device. The wallet uses the same cryptographic primitives as the official Zano wallet.
Why doesn't it need to sync the blockchain?
ZanoNova connects to a remote ZanoNova node instead of downloading and verifying the entire blockchain locally. This means you get the same functionality without the 20+ GB download and hours of syncing.
How does the built-in swap work?
ZanoNova integrates with Exolix to let you exchange between ZANO and fUSD directly inside the wallet. You send ZANO to the exchange address and receive fUSD (or vice versa) — no external platforms needed.
Is ZanoNova affiliated with the Zano team?
No. ZanoNova is an independent community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Zano development team.
